wir mussten uns von CHINA verabschieden - das visum lief aus! :(
noch vor sonnenaufgang assen wir unseren letzten bao (= chinesischer knoedel) und machten uns anschliessend auf den weg zum flughafen.
einmal noch anstellen ‚auf chinesische art und weise‘ und dann ab in die luft. zweieinhalb stunden flogen wir ueber maechtige bergketten …ABER das beste kam (wie so oft im leben :) ) zum schluss!
wir gingen bereits in den landeanflug, als sich der pilot ploetzlich meldete und folgende durchsage machte:
"ladies and gentlemen, in two minutes we will be able to see MOUNT EVEREST"
einfach nur WOW!
ENGLISH:
it was time to say goodbye to CHINA – our visa was running out :(
an hour before sunrise we had our last chinese bao and made our way to the airport. one last time q-ing like the chinese do and then we were up in the air. two and a half hours above mighty mountain ranges …BUT, the best was saved until last (as so often in life :) )
we had already started our final descent when we could hear the pilot announce the following:
