Kelimutu's beautiful lakes
mit viel sonnenschein ging es weiter in den osten… bis wir dann aussteigen mussten :P dann kam natuerlich der regen. 15 minuten + ein kleiner feldweg = nass von oben bis unten :(
in der kalt-nassen bergregion trocknete absolut nichts und unsere kleine huette war leider auch nicht wasserfest. da kam freude auf!
der darauffolgende tag startete mit einer fruehen wanderung auf MOUNT KELIMUTU. oben angekommen, erwartete uns ein toller ausblick auf die drei seen. diese aendern immer wieder mal ihre farbe – fuer uns gab es viel blau zu sehen :) :)
am fruehen nachmittag ging es dann auch schon wieder weiter… wir haben euch ein paar schnelle fotos der kreativen verkehrsmitteln und der unzaehligen passagiere geschossen. sehr amuesant:
um ca 16:00 uhr waren wir dann „am ende“ …korrektur: in der kleinen stadt ENDE :) :)
ENGLISH:
with lots of sunshine we traveled further east… until we had to alight :P then, it was of course raining. 15 minutes + a small path = wet from top to bottom :(
the cold-humid mountain region wouldn’t allow anything to dry again and unfortunately, our little hut was also not waterproof. what a joy!
the following day started with an early hike up MOUNT KELIMUTU. once up, we enjoyed the stunning view over the three lakes. these lakes are changing colours every now and then – we had lots of blue to look at :) :)
after lunch, we were on the road again. we took a few quick shots for you. the creative vehicles and all the people in it are hilarious!
at around 4pm we were at the end(e) …sorry, that only works for german :) what i mean is: we reached the small town named ENDE.
